common questions

get the most out of your experience

How often do you recommend doing a session?

There’s no right or wrong answer. From my experience as a former pro player, having one session per week proved to be highly valuable and effective. Each week presents new challenges, as a player’s mindset can vary significantly. Consistency is essential for developing mental strength.

can a parent be a part of the meeting?

The athlete will determine this. Regardless of the package you choose, parents will receive a progress report every two weeks.

can parents take sport psychology sessions?

Absolutely, YES! The more parents engage with the techniques, the greater the positive impact on their athlete. That’s why I strongly encourage parents to book a session too. After all, there’s no manual on how to best support your child as an athlete!

can I get a free trial session?

Yes! We can arrange a free 25-minute consultation with the athlete or player.
