The TotalTech Performance Academy provides all participants with the ability to learn, practice and understand the various movements required to become a highly skilled player. Players will also understand how and when to strategically execute various movements, building their confidence while mastering “the beautiful game.” We feel one very important aspect of a young player’s development is his or her first touch. At the TotalTech Performance Academy, we will pay special emphasis on this. We develop each player’s first touch through repetition which will in turn develop muscle memory.

mental focus

Each player will improve their soccer IQ and understand how and when to execute moves depending on their opponent’s positioning.

Proper execution of each move and the importance of understanding why and which move to execute. We teach players to think strategically from the moment they step onto the field.

mental and physical speed

Helping players gain control and confidence with the ball at their feet, enabling them to move away from pressure effectively. 

Technique

Learn proper form, balance, and how to execute each movement with precision.

TotalTech Performance Academy focuses on building muscle memory through repetition. Our weekly curriculum is designed for players to begin to master and properly execute the movements and body positioning to improve first touch, succeed in 1v1 situations and perfect moves to get away from pressure.

After 10 sessions, you’ll start noticing improvement as muscle memory develops, allowing players to confidently execute what they’ve learned.
